Carl’s Jr. - Sahibabad

Ordered 3 times via their app the experience was good, except the last one (today). Did a scheduled pick up for a Western Bacon Cheeseburger. Arrived on time restaurant said order was not ready. So, I waited for 10+ minutes in the parking lot instructed by the employee. Nobody came to inform of the situation they faced. The restaurant said it never received my online order.Employee refused to serve my order told me to contact the app developer instead. Seriously? I showed her my credit card was charged, got my email confirmation from Calr's Jr, and the app's screen with my order confirmed. After another 5 minutes debating, she gave in and served my order.

The attention was very nice. The place was clean and nice. They attended to me very quickly. They offered me the best promotions they had available, including a free hamburger for downloading the app. And another promotion for $6 2 very good burgers excellent service... ?

So far, this is our go to spot. Our burgers are always hot and fresh. Fries are hot sometimes. I pre-order on the app sometimes and get free burgers. It does take time like others say but for a fresh burger I'll wait. I do order a side of onion rings, which are always fresh and a pretty good sized order. The employees I encounter are friendly and always confirm my order and I appreciate their service. They are expensive but so are all the other fast food places. We normally go in the evening, so who ever works that shift, props to you for always having my food fresh and hot.

Went to this location once time and had the worst experience ever with their shift leader or their assistant manager he was very rude and weird. I'm glad I didn't order my food because who would've known what type of service they would made my food with if his customer service was already awful. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.
