BUG! BUG! BUG! Very poor customer service!!!!! Very rude!!! WILL NOT REFUND IF THEY MESS UP THR ORDER!!!!! BUG COOKED INTO THE PIZZA

This is a first for me. I tried to order a pizza in the parking lot because I just shopped at Kroger and when I was leaving I saw their sign that said large 3 topping for 11.99 ? . The person taking the order said there was a problem and eventually got the female manager don't remember her name . Sometime in the last 15 or 20 years or more, someone used my husbands cell phone to order a pizza and never came and picked it up. Firstly, the phone number is in my husbands name, not mine and we have had it for less than 5 years. Secondly, they couldn't tell me when this phantom order was placed and said they won't take my order until I pay them $9.53 ? for an order someone placed sometime in the last 15+ years and never picked up. We are those strange people who rarely use our cell phone for anything like that, the few times we have ordered from there, we used our home phone number and came and picked up the pizza. This is one of the most absurd things I have ever heard. She can't give a date, time, person who took the order, absolutely nothing, but since someone put this in the computer they won't take my order. She told me she has only worked there 2 years, so it could have been someone before her, she just doesn't know. Absolutely ridiculous. I said that someone made some kind of mistake, and she said only a manager could do something like that I don't know how long she has worked with computers, but I am positive that regular employees probably know or knew managers passwords-so anyone could have done this at anytime .

I always enjoy good time I found a piece at a gas station out in Burt, never knew it was an actual pizza place. I order there all the time now

Wow!! I mean every time they do it RIGHT!!! I hate the online service, it never works out for me. But every time I call they already have my favorites on file. The pizza is perfect!! Delivered on time with no hassle. I order from no other pizza place in the area because this one is standing all over their necks with a HOT IRON FOOT!!!
