I am a local Tampa Bay resident and I LOVE stopping by whenever I can. The cheese boards and wine are fantastic and the staff are so happy and friendly. SIPS has a simple elegance that balances a beautiful evening out with elegant small town charm. I just attended a national conference hosted in Safety Harbor and SIPS was the BEST gathering place! Great boards, wine, atmosphere and service! We stumbled upon this gem on the third Thursday which they close the street down for vendors. Great time with great wine and you can tell it's a local favorite by how busy it was.
