Pizza Hut - Saddle Brook

I got 3 orders of wings and they ended up in the garbage. They were hard as a rock. I got pasta and bread sticks that were covered in pepper. The food was nasty and a waste of 40 bucks. I will never go to a Pizza Hut again.

I order over the phone two pies a pepperoni and ham with pineapple, got there and my order wasn’t ready, I had to wait 1hr to my surprise only the pepperoni pie was there and the other box came empty. Overall the worst experience never again I’ll order from Pizza Hut.

This place was a pigsty! Bathroom was beyond gross. We went to this location under the impression it was dine in, as it had been there for many years. To say I was deeply disappointed would be an understatement. Girl behind the counter brought out our 2 pizzas and said nothing else. My family and I (2 kids, 3 and 6 and my wife) then proceeded to use the pizza boxes as plates, since we weren’t given any. No napkins either. This place is a run down hole and I’d rather eat trash from a dumpster before returning to this establishment. Oh! And the place had sugar ants at the booth and a dime bag in the parking lot. Corporate should just do themselves a favor and close the store.

This Pizza Hut has the potential to become something better, the bushes where the sign is at the front needs to be trimmed, either some landscapers or something, we also need to have more lights in the parking lot, it is for safety for the employees, and the customers, take this into consideration: NEW UPDATE: I would like corporate to fix this location up because I want to know where the money is going for maintenance, it 's a nice location and it should be kept in good condition, the employees here try their very best to satisfy the customers with their orders, there needs to be a new roof or something, it 's always dull and gloomy, I never had any problems with the pizza here, I just want the restaurant to be remodeled or something..

The service was fine, my food took about ten extra minutes after the expected time. That didn't really bother me a ton. What did bother me was the 10 fries that I waited 10 minutes for. When I checked in with the cashier, she let me know this was the correct portion. This is literally what I recieved. I cannot believe this is real. Be warned if you get the my hut box, the fries won't be worth it. I know it's not super expensive, 7.99, but this is literally 10 fries. Definitely wasn't expecting that.
