Jack In The Box - Sacramento County

My first contact with the cashier at the drive thru came across a little aggressive and irritated. I had to ask many times for him to repeat himself. I am hard of hearing and the store is on a busy intersection which doesn’t help matters. I know he didn’t know of my issue, but he was rude. I waited a long time to get up there to order and did not appreciate the attitude. I waited a long time again to get our food. I opened my grilled sourdough jack when I got home only to find that they were in too much of a hurry. What a major disappointment. This is a huuuuge oversight. I can’t believe a grilled sourdough burger was served to me without even being grilled. It doesn’t even look toasted. SMH Dinner ruined. Not happy.

The tacos I ordered was old and stuck to the paper, normally the food service is good.

Not the place you want to order through app and pick up. I ordered and had my son grab it since I WFH and had a meeting. He went got orders and they did not give everything. Missing drink and 1 other thing. Immediately called and did survey. The phone rang and rang until it just hung up (called 3x). You have to go in and watch them and walk them through your order to make sure you get everything and go through the bags before you leave. Having the list right in front of them is not good enough.

I fell in love with these for the first time on the corner of Madison Oak College (roads), I was there recently the best. From the car, the girl shouted I also love Jaсk! . Dare, people love you, but this place on the corner of Manzanta Marconi (roads): the outside and inside of should be nicer looking.
