Taco Bell - Sacramento

Horrible service I asked for three beefy melt burritos and I was given three onion filled bean burritos just straight disrespect

I ordered a deluxe cravings box with an extra side of cheese and a slushie. I also asked for Diablo sauce. I didn?t get my cheese or the right slushee I had them remake the slushie. And the guy gave me mild sauce. Not mad just disappointed as I saideach thing over three times.

New manager! She's very pleasant and friendly! Finally someone with some good customer service!!

I was walking for exercise with a friend and it was a really hot day so I went to subway for waters and bathroom but register says it's only for paying customers even waters and me and my friend didn't like how the service works from subway so instead wewent to taco bell which was nearby and when I ask for the bathroom they actually said yes and I ask for waters but the nice ladygave us mango slushes because she saw we were exhausted by this hot day that nice lady deserves a raise love her.

Always very friendly when I come. They are out of a lot of the main things most of the time , but seems like they all are lately. Ive noticed everytime I have come around 11ish pm, they always are saying the system is down and they working on it toget fixed and to come back in 20-40 min. Idk what thats all about. The other thing to watch for at this location is your orderbeing correct. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE LEAVING!! Idont know how many times we have gotten home and the order isnt correct.(Not all my doing, I learn after the 1st time,lol) Its just a hassle having to go back and get it all fixed. Who knows, maybethose individuals are no longer there anymore, but check anyways. The one thing I like about this location is that whenever theother Taco Bells stop serving a certain limited item, this location never had it when the others did and they will then startcarrying it once the others dont. The Cantina chicken tacos w/avacado ranch sauce is the one item in particular im speakingabout.
