Taco Bell - Sacramento

Breakfast ends at 11 am but I arrive at 1030 and they said they're not serving breakfast. The customer service is trash and they're just worried about getting you gone as quick as they can. I ordered cheesy ROLL UPS and got basically a mini quesadillathat had little to no cheese in them. It's ridiculous, seems like they need a new staff. Yall wild.

Great service for drive through. It was quick and fast. Food is not perfect but could be better.

What is this? My kids dump the cinnamon twists onto the napkin and this came out. I?m horrified and disgusted! I?m never coming here again.

Understaffed at times which can make the wait times extensive especially if you decide to walk in. I chose to walk in although I ordered in the app. And I stood in the lobby at least 15 min. Other customers walked out. Once I finally received my food it wasthrown together and there was barley any sauce. Despite the sauce the flavor of the catina tacos were actually good. I don'twant to be too critical because there were only 3 workers and the drive thru was packed. The next time I went thru the drivethru and the experience was better overall

This Taco Bell was pathetic. The kitchen was a mess ,employee's looked high . After ordering 4 times the lady at the counter just went to the back without closure ,after 20 minutes of waiting. I raised my voice for her to hear my order for the 6-7thtime , the manager clocked in and kicked me out because the scene she walked in to, and refused service I left . And called theyyelled on the phone saying how rude I was . I just raising my voice for her to listen to my order.looks like all this people dodrugs always high ???? ???? wrost place need to change everyone here n hire new people ????
