Bidrage med feedbackI visited Taco Bell in Natomas to order food. I paid for everything with chicken, but received everything with beef instead. I was very disappointed when I was ready to eat my lunch. I will be going back tomorrow to file a complaint. My receipt indicated I had ordered chicken, but was charged extra for it.
I used to be homeless, so it must be pretty bad if even I felt uneasy with homeless men approaching my car while trapped in the drive-thru line with no way to escape. Three separate men came right up to my driver's window and asked for money. I offered to buy one of them food, but he declined and asked me to check my car for change. Bold. I did purchase a soda for one of the men and asked the window worker if he would kindly hand it to him because I didn't want to roll my window down to give it to him. The worker rolled his eyes and said, "Seriously? Fine! I guess I'll do it!" Call me a Karen, but isn't that his job?!? Never going back there again!
I placed an online order through the app and did not receive all of my items. They were careless and did not provide accurate service to their customers. When I tried calling them, they did not answer the phone. I will be deleting the Taco Bell app, no longer ordering from them, and contacting corporate.
It's been a hit or miss lately at the one by my house. My orders have been hastily put together and because I am a former employee back in the day, I know when the food has been sitting to long on the hot line. But the customer service is greatespecially in the afternoon.
Spent my entire lunch waiting in the drive thru, there were only 2 cars ahead of me! I didn't even bother paying for my food because what is the point when I'm now late to get back to work. Working fast food is not rocket science, the management at thislocation is a joke.
