Starbucks - Sacramento

The staff are a bit rude and act like I ruined their day (I didn’t even order yet)They’ve gotten my order wrong a few times as well.

Worst drive thru service available. Never had to wait 20+ minutes in a drive thru line for a Starbucks. I would've rather gone inside let my car off. Drove into the drive thru not knowing there was already a huge line. Tried to reverse yet there was already 3 cars behind me.... Spent around a gallon of gas just sitting in the line for a simple mocha. Then they wonder why nobody tips them. Like I just spent $10+ on a cup of coffee. Staff us ridiculous and needs to speed up the drive thru line.

It's local, people are courteous behind the counter. Most importantly, they have coffee. Great

There was broken glass on the floor of the place that the staff said was cleaned. Cussed at me when I asked to get it clean. Never coming back. The glass looked dirty and while a lot of it was gone there was some small shards left that weren't cleaned.
