Bidrage med feedbackI placed an order online and arrived before 8:30, but the restaurant was closed even though it said they were open online. I did not receive my food.
I tried this restaurant for the first time and the food was excellent! There seemed to be only one woman working, but she was efficient. I had the rice and chicken with a half-boiled egg, which was delicious. The chicken was cooked perfectly with no fatty pieces. I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner and will definitely be returning to this spot regularly. I'm happy I tried something new.
The restaurant had a charming atmosphere, but the food did not meet my expectations. Everything was overly salty and had a strange taste, though not necessarily bad. The signature ramen was not particularly impressive. It was a bit disappointing, but I couldn't fault the lone worker who seemed to be managing everything on her own that day.
Definitely don't recommend this place. Arrived 30 minutes after they open and waited 15 minutes inside with no help. Finally a man comes out and just looks at us and goes about doing something else. I said excuse me can you help us and he completely ignored me and my family. This review is purely on the service. Never experienced something like this at a restaurant.
My mom and I didn 't get a chance to taste the food because we were immediately turned off with our first and only interaction with the hostess/cashier. There were only two other customers in the restaurant. One was already seated and the other was sitting in the small seating area near the entry looking over the menu. My mom and I proceeded to do the same. At first I was standing while looking over the menu to see what I was going to order to go. The small seating area near the entry was so small it could barely fit three adults so I opted to sit in the bar seating area while looking. Mind you it was obvious that we were getting something to go. I purposely sat somewhere where they had to go bags so as not to take any seats for any potential dine in customers even though the place was empty. The first time the employee even acknowledged we walked in was to tell me I couldn 't sit there while looking over the menu. Never once did she say hi or welcome in to give standard customer service, just don 't sit there while not even offering any other alternative. That sealed the deal. We put our menus down, left the restaurant, and we won 't be back. First impressions are imperative when it comes to getting and retaining my business. Had she even simply acknowledged our presence it might have been different; but to then say I couldn 't sit in one seat in the empty restaurant to look over the menu was ridiculous. There are plenty of other ramen places in Sacramento that I 'm sure can offer better customer service than that.
