Panera Bread - Sacramento

My top choice whenever I need something quick and healthy. My favorite salads are always made at Panera! Using the kiosk makes ordering a breeze except when you order a drink, then you have to wait and ask for your cup. I sure miss the self-service cupsbut can understand why it's no longer there

Love this location! Very nice employees and they?re very accommodating when trying to find vegan options. I enjoy the bagels toasted with/without avocado, apple salad without cheese etc, and the orange juice so far :

I liked this Panera more than many others I've visited. The interior was clean, and there were plenty of tables available to choose from. The spacious layout of the restaurant contributed to a more comfortable atmosphere, making my experience truly enjoyable.

Delicious food! The online ordering system is incredibly convenient, and I appreciate the variety of healthy options available. It's a fantastic spot for a lunch date with friends! However, I recently had to deduct a star due to a long wait for my online order. When I arrived to pick it up, the staff informed me that my order was ready, but they were still preparing more green goddess dressing. After waiting for 10 minutes, I requested a different dressing since my food was getting cold. Another staff member informed me that they were still waiting for it too. I also found it frustrating that the bag tore; I’m not sure what the expectation is for receiving a sturdy bag, but it seemed reasonable to get one with handles for two takeout items and a bowl.

My delivery person completely disregarded my written instructions and did not ring the doorbell, call, or knock to announce the delivery. Instead, they left my order in a spot that made it nearly impossible for me to get to. I usually inform them that I use a walker and need assistance, which has usually been provided, but that wasn’t the case last night. As a result, I nearly fell trying to retrieve my order, and the food was cold and nearly inedible. We order from you at least once a week for $30 or $40, but I’ve had enough with your delivery service. I’ve been trying to call you all morning, but no one is answering the phone.
