Chopsticks Express - Sacramento

Yummy food, great service, awesome prices. Real authentic Chinese food. Been getting take out from them for over 30 years.

I have gone to Chopsticks Express so many times over the years that I'm surprised I've never written a review. We probably get food here once a month if not more often. And, even though the ownership changed over the last year or two, it still has the same good taste and decent quality that you would hope for from a takeout restaurant. I usually get the same dishes from any Chinese restaurant that I go to: kung pao chicken, sesame chicken, green bean chicken, and mixed vegetables with chicken. They're pretty darn tasty here and I've shown them in my images. Now an FYI: it's not going to be the same type of quality food that you would get if spending $15 or $20 per plate at a fine dining restaurant, but for the price and for being take out, it's excellent. Not only that, but the wait time is not that long, you can call in ahead of time, and the service is friendly and always professional. One thing that I also like about this restaurant, is that you can order HAMBURGERS! They're even better than or at least on par with Habit Burger, and In-N-Out. I'll definitely be coming back. I have been for years!

Great fresh Chinese food that is made to order! Not your chain restaurant, that is for sure! To Go only, no seating. This place has been around for over 30 years, so it MUST be good! They will make you a specialty plate if your favorite dish isn't on the menu. So glad to have this little hole in the wall restaurant in the Pocket area!
