As for the food, the fries arrived warm but tasted off. The fried chicken was decent, but both dishes had a stale flavor, suggesting that the frying oil hadn’t been changed in a while. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this location, and I definitely won't be returning.

I absolutely love this place! My friend ordered the chicken katsu, and it was fantastic. The rice was also incredible. I got the takoyaki, and they were amazing—seriously! The seasoned fries were just perfect, topped with a bit of parmesan and paired with a delicious homemade ketchup. I also tried the Korean ribeye (bulgogi) tacos, pork buns, and got five chicken drums to go. Leftovers are the best! I took home over half of the fries because the portions are so generous, and I plan to pop them in the air fryer later.

I think these were the BEST FRIED CHICKEN WINGS I’VE EVER HAD!!! The wings had an amazing crunch and a delightfully subtle sauce flavor. The french fries were also fantastic, boasting a unique and refreshing taste. However, it seemed like they might have been a bit overstaffed for a Sunday, as I noticed some employees standing around and chatting, which isn't the best impression for customers.

Hit and miss depending on chef and workers.I dont think they pay attention to online orders. My food was not ready by the time I scheduled my food to be. Had to wait an additional 15minutes.And my order specifically asked for no onions or scallions in my topokki. There was a ton in mine, but on top of that they overfilled the container with liquid. By the time I got home I had a pile of toppoki liquid in my bag. Utensils and napkins soaked.By the time I picked out all my onions there was no more cheese. The deep fried seaweed wraps were also soggy from drowning in all the sauce they put in my container. Picture of my soggy seaweed roll below.Ps. It was watery. No flavor but lots of onion flavor that my super pregnant self couldn't keep my food down.

Bonchon has yet to fail me. First time doing a pick up here ordered online and the order was ready at the time they gave me. The chicken was excellent as always with a double air fried crispness and savory soy garlic sauce its amazing. My kids love the chicken ordered the family meal and my two almost ate all the chicken themselves and they're not even over 8 yet. Got double XL fries with mine because they too are excellent. I like the pickled reddish as well but wanted the extra fries for my kids. Great staff working today very friendly and got my order out to me as soon as stepped up to the counter. Side note there is a nice playground area right next to this place for your little ones to play at as you eat your chicken.
