Applebee's - Sacramento

I really enjoy the food at Applebee's. I had the whiskey bacon burger along with a house salad dressed with honey mustard. I will definitely order this again!

This was the first time i've been back in a long time. The food was amazing. We started out by ordering sodas 2 diet pepsi and a regular pepsi. They came and were flat. Server took them back and it qas lacking CO2. We ordered Alfredo sauce with breadsticks. and Alfredo sauce was cold. Server took it back brought it back hot. We had a party of four 3 adults in one child. Weordered riblets taste like MC Donalds Ribletts and fiesta lime chicken very dry, It was just ok. We also ordered cheese sticksthey were good. Id say this is the only Applebees left in Sacramento amd as you can see their going downhill fast.

I'm not sure why, but at 7:59 PM on Wednesday, August 31st, the entire restaurant smelled like raw sewage. It's my husband's birthday today, and we ordered takeout. The moment we walked in to pick up our food, we had to wait. As we were standing there, puzzled by the strange odor, we asked another customer if they noticed it too. Before my husband could finish his question, the customer interrupted us, saying, "YES, THE FOOD DOESN'T EVEN TASTE RIGHT!" I'm really struggling to bring myself to go back in to get the food, and I'm trying to convince him to choose something else for his birthday dinner. We're still here, so I'll be sure to provide an update.

I only come for happy hour. The restaurant smells like the bathroom and my girls drink was half slushie half liquid. The food is poor quality. im just a cheap drunk the bar tender let me order over and over shots it made up for everything.look how dirty thebar is

The bar top was cluttered with dirty dishes from previous customers, and the surface was sticky. One staff member did come by to assist but only managed to wipe down a small area in front of one chair before leaving the dirty rag and spray cleaner behind. He never came back for it. I even took a photo of the dirty plate that remained next to us for the duration of our visit. I also didn’t receive the water I had requested. The entrees were okay, although my boyfriend’s pasta was a bit cold. Overall, while it wasn’t the worst experience, I wouldn’t expect us to return.
