We have eaten here several times and never had problems with our order until I had time to read the reviews, wait for 15 minutes for our order. Until tonight, I couldn't refer to all these missing orders. You screwed one of our seasonings on our phone order. Not too much, I'm just gonna eat about every taste. This incompetence can turn away from others. I noticed that the workers in the back do not use gloves to prepare food. It seems that this should be demanded by the health inspector. The service was fair. The lady at the counter was not rude, but also not excessively friendly. The food was warm when we got it home. Friends are really good. Veggies were crisp. Overall, this place has been consistently good, so I am sure that we again, at some point, mostly because Sachse does not offer many possibilities.

I've officially decided to stop going to this restaurant. I order online at least twice a week and always request my fries to be “well done.” However, they rarely get it right. The other day, I went in and ordered well-done fries, but received fries that were just regular with no seasoning. If I wanted plain fries, I could just go to In-N-Out Burger. It's incredibly frustrating to know how good the food can be, yet it usually falls short! I think it’s time to find a new place to eat.
