Pizza Hut - Sachse

My order was completely wrong. I expected a pizza with paprika and half black olives, but instead received a pizza with half cheese and half pepperoni topped with jalapeños. Additionally, I ordered stuffed crust but got thin crust instead. I asked for four garlic sauces but didn’t receive any. Not only was my meal a complete mess, but I also overpaid for what I received. I used to order from Pizza Hut all the time, but ever since moving, this was my first time using them again. The whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and I’m likely going to find another pizza place to order from in the future. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a pizza restaurant.

Quick and hassle-free experience. The pizzas were made exactly as requested and were ready when I arrived. The staff were friendly and personable.

I'm really disappointed that this place has gone downhill. It used to be my favorite because the service was quick and my orders were always correct. However, on two separate occasions recently, they completely messed up my order, and it wasn't even acknowledged until I pointed it out. After waiting an hour for them to fix it, the food was below expectations. The pizza was dry, and the wings were poorly prepared. I won't be returning.

The taste is excellent because the amount of sauce, cheese and toppings make a perfect mix. I was very happy with my last order.

My pizza was delivered to the wrong house and I never got it. I called dash back and texted but no response. Call the store and no one answered.
