My father was a baker in the back before all this factory bread with chemical additions became popular because people are not willing to pay good money for good products. This is one of the rare places where products smell and taste like i...am accustomed to from this time. Simply delicious, and I'm happy that the appreciation for this is starting to come back. Keep up the good work!

Best croissants ever! Also very delicious fruit tart with strawberries, grapes and vanilla creme. Their bread, including French baguette, looks very good too. It’s a small shop but you can sit outdoors as well. Seems to be popular with locals as well. Cash only payment.

It is impressing how they founded a new excellent baking shop, Clients can see very transparently how they bake the bread and all the delicious and tasty cakes, cookies and breads.

This is right next to ranked restaurant in Saarbrucken. So we decided to come in after we ate dinner and check Brot Seele out. Wow wish I could come here everyday to buy bread and try there sweets. We watched a young man...busy making bread and they had quite a few employees working hard. Although it was a bit crowded we didn't have to wait to place are order. We took it to go. Everything we purchased was very fresh tasting and yummy. You can get coffees and teas also. Plenty of selections.
