Grand Park - Saanen

Poor service! I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk, they brought me one with regular milk. Told the waiter that they made a mistake, he took it back, few minutes later he brought again with regular milk probably the same that he took back). Whithout any shame they asked to pay.. it’s very sad because the location is very nice. I highly recommend to avoid this place

I visited here with a friend one Friday evening. We are both lovers of people watching. We got a great seat right next to the Promenade so we could see all the people parade past. We only had a beer but we were there for over an hour and it was great. Really excellent atmosphere and lots of fun.

I go for the Club Sandwich which is really good. I can’t say anything about the rest of the food as I wrote, I go for the Club Sandwich. Sometimes I need a break from mountain food! Staff seem friendly but I’ve noticed sometimes the service is a bit slow and I’ve had to ask for the bill 3 times.

Das ist mein Lieblingsplatz für Kaffee in Gstaad. Sie haben auch den besten Avocado Toast. Tolle kontinentale Atmosphäre, freundliches Ambiente und sehr guter Service. Nicht perfekt, aber nicht die Schuld der Kellner. Sie geben ihr Bestes. Der Ort ist immer sehr beschäftigt. Trotzdem zurückhaltend, entspannend und sie halten die Musik auf einer perfekten Lautstärke, damit sie nicht überfordert. Sehr dankbar, dass sie vegane und vegetarische Optionen haben! Ich bin auch froh zu sehen, dass sie eine Maske tragen, im Gegensatz zu einigen anderen Cafés Restaurants in Gstaad. Es ist ein Zeichen dafür, dass sie sich um ihre Kunden kümmern und sie respektieren. Die Preise sind etwas hoch, aber das wird für die Gegend erwartet. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass ich mir wünsche, die Badezimmer wären besser gepflegt. Generell der beste Ort, um ein paar Stunden im Dorf zu verbringen!
