The Junction - S San Diego

I am only giving 2 stars and not 1 because of server explained to us what has been going on and I feel really bad for him. The past two times I have been there (within the past month) has been horrible with customer service. My friend and I waited for over 15 minutes to get a drink which would have been okay if they were busy, but we were the only ones there. The hostess and servers sit in the back corner at a table and just talk to one another. Today, the same thing happened and I was so upset. One of the servers were so drunk she could barely walk. She yelled at our server and said get your a over here . That 's when I had it. I told our server I was so disappointed in the service lately and talk like that should never take place. He mentioned that the owners never come in and the one manager they have, doesn 't show up. The two senior employees act like supervisors which isn 't fair to them. The service was just awful. They are closing tomorrow he said and relocating next year. I hope the owners and managers actually show up and work with their staff. I use to love going here but lately it 's been so awful.

Been here many times. Will continue to do so! Food is exceptional. Happy hour is terrific and brunch is the best. Thanks for the excellent service!!

100% of the time, they mess up the To-Go order. No exaggeration about it. 100%. I get to-go here twice a week. It’s always messed up. Always. They need to work on that. The food is great. I love the wraps (tacos), and the fries are awesome.

If i could give 0 stars i would. We were greeted right away but we weren't even approached by anyone else at the table after that. We sat there for 15 minutes until we finally had to walk out!!!! This is the worst service I've had in a long, long time!

Tasty food, delicious and inexpensive drinks. Great place to watch sports games. Can't wait for their new location to open!
