Starbucks - S San Diego

The staff is friendly. I often stay to work, using their wifi which is great.It would be nice if they could clean the tables every now and then. I’ve been there several times early in the morning and the tables clearly have not been cleaned before opening.

So I don 't usually go to Starbucks, but I stopped this morning as the little girl I nanny wanted to get breakfast on the way to school so I thought I 'd splurge and get a holiday drink for myself too! I got the peppermint mocha with almond milk and it was such a miss unfortunately I literally couldn 't even force myself to drink it. I went back and felt like such a Karen for going back but I couldn 't believe I spent $6-$7 and didn 't even like my drink! All the staff were SO kind when I brought it back and made me a new drink immediately. Carlos was an angel and made me feel so comfortable to order a new drink and Claire was above and beyond sweet while making me the new drink reassuring me I am not a Karen lol and the new gingerbread chai drink is SO much better, I 'm so thankful can truly enjoy the one holiday drink I order for the season! Thanks again Claire and Carlos!

Without a doubt, the worst Starbucks location that I have ever visited worldwide. Staff openly rude and disrespectful to customers, incorrect opening hours posted on the door.

The drive thru employee today feb 18, 2024 at 11:21 am was staring at my girlfriend weirdly. i don’t find this appropriate or funny. they need to do something about this situation.

The customer service here is always worse than other locations. These workers always seem to be annoyed and passive. They put less effort into their drinks and overall I just reccomend any other
