So Sushi Lounge - S San Diego

I want to give ZERO star to this place! We were awfully treated by server called Nara . She was cold, not friendly and INSULTING!!! We got the wrong order yet she did not admit that the restaurant made a mistake, no apologizing and made excuses then as she walked away from us, she was laughing. These type of people REALLY DO NOT BELONG TO CUSTOMER SERVICE RESTAURANT BUSINESS. SHE WAS SO SO RUDE!!!! We will never come back to this restaurant for sure sure. Whoever own this restaurant, be alert. She is hurting your business.

The food here is awful. I never send things back at restaurants but I had to send my karaage back because it was so dry and overcooked. They wouldn’t take it off the bill and insisted on remaking it. The server took my entire bento box back into the kitchen where it sat getting cold for twenty minutes. The replacement chicken was just as terrible. They refused to take it off the tab, claiming we had eaten half when it wasn’t even close. Serves me right for trying to get good Japanese food at the mall. Don’t waste your time with this place.

This place is alright but it definitely isn't my favorite. The food is just alright for me. The restaurants atmosphere doesn't vibe with me. The bathroom was rather dirty. There are far better sushi places for me unfortunately my friend does like this place.

Overpriced and not very flavorful. The spicy edamame was good, but the sushi rolls were disappointing.
