My family loves eating here. My wife and I have been eating here going back to when the restaurant was located on Convoy Street! Since we are Penn State alumni, we are somewhat particular about our cheesesteaks. ? I am very pleased that the quality has continued to be very good over the years, including after the change to ownership. I will continue to be a loyal customer and definitely will recommend to others. You cannot go wrong with the Joe's Special and add cheese whiz for the fries! Note Parking in the front may be a challenge, but there has always been a space behind the plaza when I have eaten there. Parking: Parking in the front can be limited, but there is more free parking in the back of the plaza. Kid friendliness: My kids both love the cheesesteaks and fries with a side of cheese whiz to dip. The staff is very willing to omit any ingredients if the kids do not like to include the mushrooms, onions, or peppers.

Don’t waste your time. I spent $10.50 on the “Joe Fries” for about 15 fries (close to $20 cause I used DoorDash)…. There were more toppings than fries. Both photos are before I had eaten; 2nd was after I moved the toppings with my fork to see how much fries there were. I’m unfortunately still hungry.

The employee working at the front counter was polite and friendly. The cheese streak itself was very dry and skimpy. The sandwich was extremely light on the actual meat portions. There was more cheese stuck to the paper wrapper the sandwich was wrapped in than on the sandwich itself. The meat was extremely dry. It was almost like I was eating reheated leftovers. The bread was the best part of the sandwich. The bread was toasted yet soft inside. This sandwich was more toasted bread than sandwich. I ended up tossing out half the sandwich. I do not think I will be back.

Came to this Philadelphia sandwich shop, and I ordered the Philadelphia cheese steak sandwich, and it was delicious!? it's the best! ??I recommend everyone to come and taste there Philly cheese steak sandwich. I give it 5 stars

Came here for the first time around 1:30 on March 1 Friday. Decided to stop by on my way home from UTC. Easy place to enter from Miramar road. Ordered the Joes Special and Philly with mushrooms. As I entered I was immediately greeted by a nice lady. Super friendly and helpful. Order was made fresh and quickly. She didn't call out my order number when it was ready she actually came out to the table and handed it to me and offered me hot sauce. Overall the food was good and service was great. Will def be back soon.
