I had a shrimp burrito and my son had a California burrito that were both outstanding. This unassuming simple taco shop has food that is definitively elevated from your typical taco shop. The original location on Emerald is now called Michoacan and is not the same, FYI.

Tried this local taco shop for the first time and was impressed. I had the Carne Asada burrito. Took a few minutes for the order but that is because they are old school and cook up the meat to order, not like most taco shops these days with the meat precooked and thus dry.Give it a try!

Our go-to authentic burrito shop.Don't ever go to Cocina1- it has different management and the food is not good. But Cocina 2 has friendly staff, delicious breakfast burritos, great regular burritos and taquitos. and if you need to make a substitution or modification they are happy to accommodate.
