Ihop - S San Diego

Excellent as always, from here to Washington State I have never been disappointed so far.At This location From the woman who sit us down to the young Man who took our order and Make sure we were ok service was Good.One suggestion though, San Diego is hot this time of the Year so the building obviously has AC going, is ok , But our pancakes were really Cold, so may be don't wait to long to serve them. Personally don't care how hot temperatures are u don't like cold pancakes

The staff here are very nice, helpful and attentive. And our food comes out fresh and delicious. Love coming to this restaurant for the food service

Service was horrible no silverware were provided we had to keep asking for things twice. We even had to get up to get things to our table. When it came to paying our bill server was like when is more then $100 we add a 18% tip. How ever she wrote it down on the paper with her blue pen when I asked why was it written down and not printed out along with the bill she said we have new system and we are having problems with systems right now and said you could get up and see your self. I’m sorry but this person who did not provide good service did not deserve a tip off the amount she wrote down. I told her this is why you guys have the reviews and the amount of starts for this business never again. To top it all off we were not done drinking our coffees and we wanted more she did not go by to see if we needed anything else horrible experience over all. If I could give a negative stars they will get the lowest.

Was good food no complaints. Not INCREDIBLE, but just a good meal. So 4 stars

Taking absolutely forever to even get coffee and our food. Received a dirty coffee cup as well. Waiting nearly an hour to get served.
