Flippin Pizza Scripps Ranch

Pizza is decent but ordering experience was horrible...ordered over phone and double confirmed before hanging up...showed up to pick and paid, but on way to car opened box and realized it was wrong pizza type...came back and told them and they kept arguing showing the order ticket (of course it was the guy-on-phone's fault and not the baker), eventually agreed to refund since I returned the pizza. Asked if they can make another (the right type) one for me instead of refund and I willingly said yes since it was 9pm and I didn't want to go any other place. Made the right one and said it's same price so no need to pay anything additional. I left the store. Two days later checking into my credit card and sure enough I was charged for 2 pizzas! WTH

Sometimes the hours are wrong online, so give them a call because they are most likely open. Good pizza and the staff is always friendly.

Horrible experience with the delivery pizza. Pizza came squashed to the side of the box and toppings mashed up 1st photo). After pulling the pizza apart 2nd photo), a few pieces had all their toppings pulled off. Not a pizza but just a lump of ingredients and couldn’t be picked up. What a waste of money :

Excellent pizza, excellent environment, fantastic service. We had a big pizza job, and it was more than enough to feed our family of four. With just the right amount of crunch, the initial crust was fine.

Great pizza terrible customer service. It suck because the other location is in 4S, but it's worth going to avoid the customer service here.
