El Portal Fresh Mexican Grill

I used to be a frequent customer at this restaurant, but recently my orders have been consistently incorrect. During my most recent visit with a friend, we ordered super nachos, a salad, and a fish burrito. Despite the fact that chips are supposed to come with the nachos, we had to ask for them separately. The super nachos my friend ordered were subpar, but she still ate them. The biggest disappointment was the fish burrito, which was not only cold, but the fish appeared to be old and discolored. When we tried to address the issue, the staff feigned ignorance and were very rude when we asked for a replacement. Despite my mother's insistence that they replace the burrito, they refused and would only offer a replacement for that item. Their customer service was abysmal and we will not be returning again. I informed them that I would be leaving a negative review of their establishment.

The sweet corn cake was delicious! There was some confusion about the bill, and the cheese in my enchiladas was not melted, but they were still tasty.
