In the area this is the best fine dining experience. The balance of formal plates of fine food with a relaxed atmosphere is a nice break from the usual. The wine selection here is over the top, and prices are very reasonable. The scallop and fresh pea puree appetizer I had was phenomenal, and the cream brulee dessert was even better. Go for the food and stay for the wine

This was our first day in Portugal after a long day travelling and this was a delightful experience. We enjoyed excellent tapas and some good wine to go with them. Service was very good and the server was knowledgeable on the wine with some good recommendations.

This place was recommended by the hotel we were staying out a few days ago. I had at seafood pasta dish and a beer. Overall a good place to have dinner in Régua, albeit a bit pricey.
