Big disappointment! First time here the cappuccino was terrible, it stank disgustingly, there was no smell of coffee at all! It was an online order, I stopped by, picked up the order and left, I didn't have time to come back and complain Food: 1

Starbucks used to be known for their laid back atmosphere and good coffee. This one had neither. Stay away, drive elsewhere in NY and get a good coffee at a normal coffee shop. I asked for a cappuccino not hot, which is very easy to accomplish just use cold milk and don't steam it long. They screwed that up after asking how to do it. I also wanted to get some work done while I drank my coffee but the music was so loud I could barely hear myself think let alone work and the baristas probably couldn't hear me place my order which could be why it was wrong.
