Whitby - Rye

Nice cool wedding location. I recently visited a wedding with friends and I liked the place. Everyone seemed pretty here and it was very clean (you would be surprised that it was not so often). The food was great and the bartenders were very good at their job. Many parking spaces in front of the front door also (right). All in all, I enjoyed myself in Whitby Castle the only thing I didn't like is that you had to check your own coat and mark it yourself.

Whitby Castle was the first venue we looked at for our wedding and after a tour and meeting we booked that day. The attention and service the staff gave to us was simply unprecedented. Throughout our engagement, I would email with random questions (a lot) and they were always answered right away. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, Ralph and his team were superstars they made sure every single detail we wanted was achieved. The day and night of our wedding was absolutely perfect. We did not have to worry about anything. The food was incredible, the dance floor was the perfect size (214 people), and the service was 5 stars. I would absolutely recommend Whitby Castle to anyone who is looking to get married in Westchester.

My brother had his wedding here and it was amazing! Everyone had so much fun, the staff was awesome and the food....SO GOOD. I had their salmon dish and it was cooked perfectly. Any bride would feel like an absolute queen here!!!

Whitby Castle was a beautiful place for Lauren and Jack's wedding last fall! You have great reasons and beautiful large ballroom and bridal suite. Definitely a great place for a wedding!

From the start of booking this venue for our wedding, our experience was excellent with Whitby Castle. We had to reconnect because of COVID, but they were so accommodating that they re-booked us and even swapped us from a Sunday night to a Saturday evening wedding. Our guests had a great time. Niki and Ralph helped us make our menu as vegan and gluten-free as possible, which we really appreciated. They gave us so many great options and the food was fantastic! On the wedding day, Ralph was always there to see that everything went smoothly and helps us with everything we needed. Our bridal visitor, Rosa, also went beyond and beyond for us. When one of our guests urgently had to pick up a train, Ralph was there to help and Rosa literally drove her to the station! We couldn't believe how generous they were. All employees were professional, friendly and followed security procedures like wearing masks and gloves at any time. We recommend Whitby Castle. You could not ask for a more beautiful place or a more friendly staff.
