Mcdonald's - Rutland

What can I say? McChickens are my cracks!! And this is close enough for Petco that after our bathroom it is a great place to get a special treat! I still have to be in a queue, although I go in fun hours, and it could be another story during lunch or dinner rush! and I find it fast and excellent to be! No complaints!!

The employees did a great job. I had to wait for my food for a few minutes. But if I have it. It was hot and fresh. The ice machine also worked! This alone deserves 5 to tell your employees that they are appreciated. H

Most of my experiences here are great. There were times when my order was given to me wrong in one way or another, but not enough or bad enough to stop me from going there. The dual drive-dru speakers I have seen cause tension and frustration for people, esp., when people try to cut into the line and what is not. Still doesn't keep me from going. My son would not be too happy if I said no more Mcd 's LOL ;

Great! Brand new construction, everything was literally updated from scratch. Kiosks immediately upon entry or counter service to the right when you enter. The playground is completely new and fabulous. You have two lanes for a faster order from your car, and two pick-up windows. If your order is not finished within 30 seconds, they will drag you to a waiting area in the parking lot and bring you fresh and hot as soon as it is finished, which usually takes less than 1 minute. Now they just have to add Veggie Patties and we talk!

Route 7 Rutland McDonalds does a nice job. Like everyone right now lack of staffing impacts speed. The people working there were happy and friendly. Order was correct and service time was adequate.
