Gill's Delicatessen - Rutland

The one and only Gills! I have lived away from Rutland for 20+ years but every time I go back to see family, this is a MUST! Recently visited and everything was the same as I remember. They recently went under a new owner so I hope next time I come by,I can say the same. Please don't change anything about this amazing place!

Definitely try this place while you are in town! The grinders (subs as we call them further down south) are so good. It?s very popular with the locals so there will be a line, but don?t let it deter you! You need to check it out!

Very friendly staff and of course my favorite grinder shop their sooo good and definitely worth the price If you have never been to Gills then you are missing out on some great food you definitely have to stop in and try them out you won't be sorry Ipromise

We order for work and the past 2 times we have been very disappointed. We know prices and supplies are an issue. But to charge $10 for a mini sub with hardly anything on it seems a bit much. Some cabbage and veggies would have helped.

The best subs ever! Hot meats with hots ???????????? my family's favorite for decades!
