On our subsequent visits, the food was mediocre—nothing awful, but not great either. However, this visit was our final one. I ordered the shrimp kabob again, and my husband ordered the chicken kabob as usual. This time, my shrimp was rock-hard and had an overpowering fishy smell. I addressed the issue with a waitress, the same one we’ve seen almost every weekend, but she responded with an attitude, claiming it was simply “well done.” There’s a huge difference between well done and burnt to the point of being inedible; I didn’t ask for it that way—just for it to be properly cooked. After a bit of back and forth, she brought out a new order, which was still slightly overcooked but at least edible. We finished our meal and asked for the check. When it arrived, we noticed that we were charged for the initial shrimp order that we hadn’t touched. I pointed this out, and the waitress became incredibly rude, stating she didn’t have time for this and dismissing our concerns. I then requested to speak with the manager or owner, but she got even more confrontational and refused to let us talk to anyone, insisting that we just pay the bill. We had two choices at that moment: walk out without paying or pay and avoid a scene. Ultimately, we decided to just pay the bill. In my opinion, it was wrong for the restaurant to treat us this way; the customer service was terrible, and the disrespect was completely unnecessary. A place that used to be our go-to has now become one we will never visit again. I wouldn’t recommend it at all—0/10.

I thoroughly enjoyed the food at this restaurant. I opted for takeout for lunch and found the prices to be reasonable, ranging from $10 to $20 per person. I would rate the food a solid 4 out of 5, as well as the service and atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the Falafel Plate, Salad, Kebab, and Beef Kabob!
