Worst customer service especially Cassandra . I?m six months pregnant and went through the drive thru. I ordered a half dozen donuts and when I got to the window I forgot To ask for hash browns. I kindly asked Cassandra the women working the drive thrufor an order of hash browns and her response was no. I have never been told no to add on something that takes 2 minutes to make.I asked for the manager and she said she wasn?t there. Cassandra is so rude and has zero customer service. Worst experience everat a drive thru. Dunkin? should better train their staff and avoid hiring lazy people Like her.

This is my go-to spot for coffee when they have Dark Roast! Pete always gets my order right! I absolutely adore Pete! However, today's order (not made by Pete) was horrible! It was too expensive for barely flavored water! Terrible! This has happened before! It's so pricey when you go there every day to pick up drinks for two people and both end up disappointed. This place could be amazing if they could have more employees like Pete!

Only one thing to mention - be sure to check your order before leaving this restaurant. I have consistently found missing or incorrect items in my bag. Other than that, they are generally okay.

There is a very sweet, middle-aged gentleman who works at the drive-thru window. I always look forward to seeing him every day because he is so kind and has excellent manners. I do not know his name, but he was working at 5:50pm on Saturday, October 1st. I have seen him frequently lately and I hope that this message reaches him or his managers because he is truly delightful! The rest of the staff is also very friendly and they all make fantastic coffee - I even pass by Starbucks just to come here.

Wow so disappointed in a Hilton the only good thing I can say our waitress was awesome food not so much the building it self is in need of repair from broken door handles to dirty stained carpets bed was so uncomfortable not sure why this location isn'tunder a remodel but front desk and servers were nice.
