Dunkin' - Ruther Glen

This is the worst dunkin ever. They are dirty they never make a drink in a timely manner even when they aren't busy and it its always dirty even after they were inspected with many issues to correct. I usually wait months before going back in hopes they have their stuff together but it never happens. I drive way out of the way to another dunkin so I don't waste my time waiting for a drink that isn't even close to correct. I did use the app and order ahead still waited over 10 minutes for 2 ice coffees. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

WORST Dunkin experience! Pulled up to the drive thru and waited. My husband had to say something for them to acknowledge we were at the drive thru. We got our order, my croissant was burnt on the outside and cold inside. My husbands bagel sandwich was also burnt. We ordered hot coffees and received iced. Worst Dunkin experience I’ve ever had in my life waited in line in the drive-through to be told that the drive-through wasn’t open and was asked to come inside. Went inside saw that they were doing drive-through orders, waited 20 more minutes for my mobile order to be told they don’t have half of the things I ordered. Coffee was made incorrectly. Staff had no sense of urgency. Line was backed up inside like crazy. 100% do NOT recommend this location.
