Subway - Russellville

I typically don’t write negative reviews, but since the Subway app doesn’t let you rate your order, I felt the need to share my experience here. I ordered delivery and requested extra tomatoes, but it seems like I received even fewer than usual. Additionally, though I specifically asked the delivery person not to ring the doorbell or knock, they did so anyway, which caused my dogs to freak out and woke up my husband. I'm really disappointed with the service. The Subway on Parkway is far better.

Excellent experience! The staff were friendly, and the bread was fresh! This place is definitely better than most Subway locations.

The man attempting to handle everything on his own could have benefited from some assistance from the girl in the white truck outside, who seemed to be preoccupied with her phone. Despite this, his service was excellent.

I have never liked subway. I went in there this week and tried one of their new subs and i have to say that i am impressed. The only complaint i have is they only had one poor employee running the whole shop.

Refresh and refresh..... The meatballs were so popular, they were out of them. However, we have a big selection.
