Kfc - Russellville

They never have anything always sorry we are out sorry we don't have enough to fill an order. Service is so I don't want to be here. And the price for what food you can get is outrageous will not return

Chicken was so burnt and greasy. Looked gross and didn't taste good.

I stood at the cash register on the inside for at least 10 minutes. So the lady in the Drive-Thru window comes up to the front counter, so I explained to her I understand you're busy she throws a hand up at me as you say be quiet I don't want to hear that, so I tell her man don't put your hand up on me she said I'm not taking your order now you can leave the store I said let me have the home office number, then she threatened me with police, so I had to call the Police. So now the magic tries to give me the store you didn't want to talk to me then I want the home office number she told the police I cussed her out I was rude to, truth of the matter she wouldn't even let me explain how I understood they we're busy. I will never go to KFC in Russellville again horrible everything!!!!!!! I'm so upset I use no punctuation in this whole.... The Russellville, Al KFC

The last 3 times we have stopped there either they dont have the iten or they have to cook it ...why? If you go to the drive thru why if they are not busy do they still have to cook stuff no wonder they dont have

Went to the drive thru and ordered nuggets chicken sandwich and famous bowlPaid for it and when they brought the food they said they gave me fries instead of nuggetsNo chicken in the famous bowl eitherI called and they lied about lighting striking the store and wouldn't put the manager on, I said I'll wait, he got mad and hung the phone up
