Ihop - Russellville

I have been coming here for years and each visit they get better and better! Today I had Mother's Day breakfast here with my husband and kids. The food was top notch and our waitress, Tala, was Perfect!!! Even though the place was swamped with customers, everything about our visit was amazing!!! I would have understood if something went wrong, but it never did! Thank you IHOP and Tala for adding more beauty to my already beautiful day!!!

Fantastic service, we went up 8/9 through the door at 9:30, right before closing, and they welcomed us with open arms. The service was friendly and great, we were impressed how well they helped us in time. We are grateful for the great service and great times we had. Thanks to the amazing team in this store!

Very friendly staff, parking was easy. Food was great and out grandson loved the smiley face pancake. I had a chicken fajita omelet, but there was very little chicken inside. Other than that, it was great.

The restaurant was spacious and tidy, with the other rooms also being well-maintained. The service was excellent! I enjoyed the food overall. I ordered the breakfast cup with medium eggs, but unfortunately, my eggs were a bit overcooked at the edges. This was quite disappointing, as it was one of the main reasons we chose to stop here. Everything else in my meal was delicious, though. My partner ordered a stack of pancakes, but sadly they were all gone. Those were our only complaints. The server was attentive yet not intrusive, which was impressive. I would definitely visit this place again.

The food was excellent! However, the service could definitely be improved. We had to ask for cutlery, and we were surprised to learn that the flavored syrups cost 99 cents each without any prior notice that they were an additional charge. Previously, these syrups were already available on the tables, which is something I’ve always loved about this place. When the waiter brought our food, he only provided the original syrup. When I inquired about the spiced syrup, he asked what flavor I wanted, so naturally, I requested all of them since I enjoy having a little bit of each on my pancakes. To my surprise, he only brought us a limited amount. It would have been nice to be informed about this new policy, and it made me sad to think that a well-known name like the International House of Pancakes has now stripped away some of the joy of having pancakes—unless you're okay with paying extra.
