Chili's Grill

We went to celebrate my birthday and had an amazing experience. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and we didn't have to wait too long. Our server, Luke, was the best! He was polite, funny, and very friendly. I highly recommend him and this restaurant!

The quality of the restaurant has drastically dropped. The owners should consider selling or making major revisions because it is now terrible. While the servers were polite and smiling, our order was incorrect for the second time. Half of the dishes were bland and some were clearly undercooked. We hope we don't get food poisoning! We will not be coming back.

The music was far too loud. The pasta dinner was priced at $20, which my wife had. I opted for a cup of soup and ended up taking pasta to go from Venezia's Italian restaurant. The food was delicious and worthy of praise! It seems like the restaurant caters more towards a younger crowd with its spicy flavors.

I can honestly say I have a love hate relationship to this restaurant. I had access to 10 or more different chili’s and they were all excellent restaurants, but this is hit and miss. I found that pickup togo is almost always problematic if not a bad experience. 2 days ago, I went in for 2 o'clock and we couldn't get anyone to take care of us. we waited almost 30 minutes to sit down. we get in the same waitress and she is excellent, but she is one of the few workers who are proud of the operation of this restaurant. as an online user I had received a free appetizer and I get about every week of chili’s because they say they want my business. but they were from the appetizer I wanted, that was chips queso, but they wouldn't allow me to replace it for something else. that seemed ridiculous when they were out of about 15 different articles. the manager was rude and wouldn't even come to our table and talk to us face. When I went with a quitting, I saw that they charged me the full price for the appetizer I ordered, even though I had the online voucher. this bill was 7 higher than it should have been and was the main reason why we went in this particular day was to use this reward incentive. Do not take her hard earned money into this restaurant until they change an employment and try to make better quality eat, and in the more contemporary wise. scott scott scott scott scott

I often use the pick up option for my lunch, not only is it affordable but faster than most fast food places during the lunch rush. Highly recommend but of course order ahead for the best experience. I will keep coming back and recommending this Chili's !
