In the drive thru I received no napkins, a package of honey (like for biscuits) for the Chicken Nuggets, and diet Coke instead of regular Coke. The Coke had been sitting awhile, the ice was completely melted and the coke was warm. It was a waste of time to call the manager, he didn't really care about it. Food: 3 Service: 1

As for parking, it's a bit awkwardly arranged and can be challenging to back out of spaces close to the drive-thru. Service was excellent, especially for takeout during lunch. Keep in mind, finding a parking spot can be somewhat difficult, but there is a free parking lot available.
