Mcdonald's - Ruskin

This McDonald's has really slow service, doesn't take orders properly, and consistently overcooks the food.

I had the worst experience I've ever encountered at a McDonald's. The bathroom was incredibly dirty, with overflowing trash bins and dirt all over the place at 8:30 AM. There were no trash cans near the main sink, by the door, or outside the entrance, so I had to dispose of trash in the main seating area. The floor was so slippery that I could hardly walk without risking a fall. To top it off, the breakfast burrito had a hard and stale tortilla. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share how disappointing my visit was.

The crew employees are mainly young people who mean K9-K12 students. occupations are usually immature and do not show professional services. young crew members play horses and very bad compliance with CDC rules. if someone from the district looks at this, should appear unannounced on Friday or Saturday night. kevin, the night leader, who said very young himself, he understands, but the crew must have fun that they work. I agree, but I know when the number of customers are in the restaurant, they need to work.

Important problems lately becomes sweeter tee if we wish to order tee. dry old burrito dishes. hath brown was okay.

I love this mcdonalds. This is my go to for coffee in the morning. The people working the drive thru are insanely fast and always have me smiling when I leave. Very friendly employees.
