Mimosa - Rushmoor

Very nice place to eat, the food is lovely and you can eat as much as you like. If you want a relaxed meal then this ISNT the place to go as it’s very busy with many people constantly going to get food which is what you would expect. Sometimes they’re a bit slow to re-fill but normally good. The only annoying thing is that when 1 person has finished they run over and take away the plate whereas it’s an English thing to wait until everyone has finished.

They say you shouldn't judge a book by its cover and less often that you shouldn't judge a restaurant by its customers- well I think I did previously when I reviewed this place. Well on a quiet night a week ago devoid of the less picturesque customers the place was fine with a good choice of indian and far eastern food. The vindaloo was excellent- and panni poori a real surprise. At £16 a go this is not a cheap place for small eaters like my partner and I but the food makes it worth it

I attempted to visit Mimosa today, but unfortunately, the restaurant was closed. All of the signs appear to be from last year, and there was no information on when or if they will reopen. With Mimosa, Harvester, and Frankie and Bennies all gone, there are few dining options left in Westgate.

My husband and I visited this restaurant last night to celebrate his birthday and we were extremely pleased with the experience. The staff were outstandingly attentive, making sure we had plenty of food and went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable evening. We opted for the set menu, which allows for unlimited ordering for the table and all dishes were served fresh. The quality of the food exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend this restaurant to others. We will definitely be returning in the future.

I am so glad that you are open again and I am loving the new menu. The staff are very friendly and always check to ensure that everything is okay and if we need anything else. I have been here in the last 2 weeks and I can't get over how good it is. I will definitely be coming back.
