Today we took this at night in the rest. as a grus of the house, a panned rice ball with sauce were served each. as a lead I ordered Bison-Entrecôte (200 gr) to criminal butter, market vegetables, pommes frites. the meat was wonderfully tender and in taste simply super. such a good piece of meat would not be suspected in the pampas.
