Subway - Rural View

Young ladies working the shop were fantastic. In unison great to watch. Top quality service.Visited again since and this is the luck of the draw staff managed to BLT me, minus the L and the T?!

Warning, Rant time.Entered an empty subway , early morning to grab a yummy lunch on my way to work.(Nindaroo shop)Thought , you beauty, fast, easy.Chick out the back yells out won 't be long Ok thanks. 5 minutes, she appears, no eye contact,no hello, brings trays of bread rolls out, goes back out again.Brings 2 more trays out...goes out back again and I walk out.!.When someone is in a shop, you should drop everything and serve them ! Early morning does not mean you have all day !.Cannot believe that a person thinks their job is not to serve a customer and make them wait.Not impressed. Not the first time this outlet has failed , last time it was skimping on the fillings. Won 't be going back if I can help it. Took 10 precious minutes out of my time , andhospitality training and common customer service lacking. And no lunch for me.Rant over.

Extremely disappointed with the food we received tonight. It Was slapped together, even after a comment was made by my partner about the presentation. Customer service was also a disgrace, as we were treated extremely poorly. She was aggressive and was giving unnecessary amounts of attitude for no reason as we were being very nice. Not only were we disrespected, everyone else in the store including the other staff member. Just to end things off even better, our straws for the smoothies we ordered were thrown at us onto the counter. We got home and opened the bag to find our dinner wrapped like this. Thanks to jade.

Typical Subway store, good food st a reasonable price

Food isn’t too bad. But the service is honestly disgraceful. Could barely understand what the guy serving me was saying.. he just seemed so out of it. Took a while to just get two things.. and there was beginning to be a line and some girl didn’t come out from out the back for ages. I’ve worked at Subway and I tell you what, they would’ve been up us if we had such slow and poor customer service. Was making me cringe. Sorry, but.. ‍
