This place was recently opened after another restaurant had closed in its place. I was curious how the new place was, so I stopped for lunch. It was previously called blondies and had pictures of many blonde celebrities gracing the walls. The new owners cleaned the appearance quite a bit and it looks freshly clean and pleasantly decorated. The parking lot was full, always a good sign. I went in and two men on the counter rode how good their sandwiches were. I ordered a water with lemon and it was brought into it by congenial waiter with a few very thin slices of lemon. I ordered a hot Brat beef sandwich au jus with onion rings. The service was ingenious and ok. Maybe a bit on the slow side and not as attentive as I like.as they don't ask if I needed ketchup for my onion rings and had to stand up and get them themselves and they were slow when refilling my waterglass. The food saw appetite, although the portions were small for the price. It was a fair to average experience. It is nice to have a different restaurant choice in this part of the mountain and the ambience is somewhat more beautiful than some of the other places up here. Your menu had a selection of salads, sandwiches, burgers and dinner lures like steak, salmon and chicken. If you’re in Snow Valley or Arrowbear’s value a try, but most preferably not the highlight of your trip. I would give this place another attempt to try some of their other choices before they really judge.
