Giant Oaks Lodge - Running Springs

The restaurant was cozy and luxurious with a view of the mountains. It is conveniently located next to the 76 station for snacks and the local cuisine. Unfortunately, the pool heating is not working, but the jacuzzi is in operation.

I was very disappointed by the customer service provided by the owner. I had booked a room for myself and two children as a solo mom. Upon arriving for check-in at the hotel, it was apparent that there was a health and safety issue with no heat or light in the room. The owner only offered a camping lantern as a solution and was unwilling to provide any refund or credit. It was unfortunate that he was not willing to work with us to resolve the issues.

Very nice place my family love this place super clean. will remain in the future.

Giant oaks lodge was great. I stayed in two different rooms when I extended last minute. the 2 bed basic was a beautiful small room with large wood ambiente. I would book here by myself or with another person, the room is long, but not wide in the bedroom and the beds take a lot of wide, although the bathroom is comparatively large and spacious. it is a nice place to come home after walking around in the san bernardino. 108 the 3 bed spa lodge was great. the room was huge, there is a whirlpool tub and a shower, it has its own balcony veranda, and in the grunde I loved it. Ideal for a honeymoon suite or a few stay in the mountains, but it could keep a family without problems. it was great. the personal was great, very accredited to all my desires. her registration for pool time protocol was a great idea so that she and her family can book an hour at the pool where his all hers! I love this little fluchtweg. great little spot!
