Bidrage med feedbackWe had lunch $25 the food was very good and the service from our server was exceptional. We will again do brine for about $42 or it was $38 either as we retired for this fresh fish. Something different from the standard barramundi or salmon that made everything right here.

I have been contemplating if I had to write this complain, but I think they need to know how we felt. One of the worst experiences for a birthday dinner. It happened a week ago on Sunday evening. I booked for 6pm, my guests arrived on time, but I arrived about 35 min late. On arrival the lady was nice and took my cake even offered candles, we were the only ones in the restaurant. However, at 7pm more guests arrived and asked for additional table, the lady's face turned dark, she was super pushy and never smiled even once. The service went from 100 to negative, very rude and as someone who'd worked in a restaurant before, the level of treatment was so unprofessional. Three more guests arrived late from Brisbane and were refused dinner/ Understandable if the kitchen is closed by 7pm, although the website says 10:00pm/. The other gentlemen was nicer and seems ashamed at the level we were being treated by this Islander lady to be specific. My guests even wanted to leave before having the dinner, but that wouldn't be nice. The food was great, but I'd rather have a pleasant service instead. I spent about a $1000.00 dollars at this place nine hundred and something and received a 0 dollar treatment. Finally around 9pm, I tipped with a $10 dollars just for the nicer guy, could have been more if she was pleasant, I then told her that the service was so unpleasant, I could have tipped more, she went ahead saying that I could take the $10 dollar tip back and that it's because the chef wanted to leave and also that they have been busy the whole weekend. Regardless, customers are not to blame for how busy the day was and don't deserve such unpleasant treatment, she pretty much ruined the whole birthday vibe for the rest of the night. Never again! I hope she treats the next person/persons better.

I booked for 6 o'clock, my guests arrived on time, but I came about 35 minutes late. at the arrival the dame was nice and took my cake even offered to kerzen, we were the only ones in the restaurant. around 19 clock came more guests and asked for additional table, the face of the dame became dark, she was super scumsy and never smiled even once. the service went from 100 to negative, very rude and as someone who had previously worked in a restaurant, the level of treatment was so unprofessional. three more guests arrived late from brisbane and were rejected dinner/understand when the kitchen is closed at 7 o'clock, although the website says 10:00pm/. the other men were nicer and ashamed of the plane we were treated by this island woman to be specific. my guests even wanted to go before I had dinner, but that wouldn't be nice. that was great, but I would rather have a pleasant service. Finally at 9 o'clock, I typed with a $10 only for the nicer guy, could have been more if she would be pleasant, then I told her that the service was so unpleasant, I would have tipped more, she went ahead to say that I could take back the $10 dollar tipp and that it is because the cook wanted to go and also that they were busy all the weekends that are not busy. never again! I hope she will treat the next person/person better.
