Papa John's - Rugby

I was very disappointed with Papa John's. The billboard located one mile away clearly advertised a large pizza for £5.99. However, when I called to place my order, I was informed that the offer had ended. The billboard stated that the offer was valid until the 26th, which was the day I called. The customer service was also very poor. I would recommend using Domino's or a local pizzeria instead, as they should not advertise something that is not true.

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for some time now. Despite occasional mix-ups with my orders, such as receiving dairy cheese on my vegan pizza, I have always accepted their apologies and received a replacement pizza. However, my experience today was not pleasant. I mistakenly ordered the wrong item and when I called the restaurant for help, a staff member was rude to me on the phone. They told me it was not their problem and hung up. While I acknowledge my mistake, I did not appreciate the lack of courtesy I received. I have been understanding when they made errors in the past, so I expected the same treatment in return. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

They have never gotten my pizza order wrong but consistently forget sauces that are supposed to come with my sides.

Very friendly people, fast service, good experience. Had a very good chat with the staff and overall enjoyed it.

I was disappointed to find that my pizza was missing cheese, which is unacceptable considering the price I paid. Additionally, there was very little topping on the pizza.
