Agriturismo La Fazenda - RUFFANO

We had dinner in San valentino, me and my husband. I assume that it is my first time on this channel but we wanted to write this review, because the managers at the time of the account were amazed how people only to rise to who knows what they enjoy to write cabbled to that point to think to write a review in the middle of a dinner to which you went psr celebrating love instead of relaxing or dinner. We must tell the positive experiences and not only the negative ones. We already knew the place for the beauty of their masseria died at and for the buom food with which they delight all their customers at every lunch. Actually for this event they created an ad hoc menu different from the usual. 6 types of appetizers balanced in contrasts and above all not excessive, as they are accustomed to doing. Very delicate tuna, 8 mixed pans, mixed cheese, parmigiana roll, chrostinum with turnip xime and stracciatella, potato tortino and chicken. As first of the troccoli with yellow sauce, mousse of stracciatella and bacon. The second left us amazed, a maxi roll of fried chicken in butter filled with cheese and capocollo on a pure of very delicate potatoes, which contrasted very well the fried. Very nice dessert, wine water and digestive, with musical entertainment only 27 euros. That is 27 euros. Only the bottle of wine that was included by menu cost 10 euros. It's crazy! It's such an irresistible price compared to the bonta of the dishes served! Anxhe if I should make a note on the pasta, it seemed that of a pasta factory known to me of my country, for charity, of excellent invoice but in an agriturismo I would have opted for a format made by hand. All very good and service as always superlative. Cordial and never intrusive. Now we'll come and taste the pizzas. .

We chose to spend a half day in this farm, not only because we were recommended for good food, but also because there is the possibility to visit the zoo located inside the structure. Indeed, reality has not disappointed our expectations! As soon as we arrived we started with the zoo tour (we booked for the 11th round), it was really nice and interesting; the children had so much fun. As soon as we finished with the zoo, we stopped for lunch; everything was really so great and super plentiful, what remained was put in a nursery port and brought it home. The friendly staff! Only great sin, however, is the dirt that reigns in all environments, starting from the entrance of the company, and ending inside the room; webs reign everywhere, dirty and dusty chairs, not to mention the lower base of the tables, in the bathroom there is a changing table ( luckily I carry with me always the crosses) and below, near the wheels it was so dirty; it is a real sin because it has a place. I will definitely come back because however we spent a nice day and we ate very well, I will be back hoping to find a little cleaner.

When, in covid19 period, on Saturday night is no longer convivial as it was and also eating a pizza seems to you a luxury...in fazenda still content gorges of young and old both at lunch and dinner, with local products and fine raw materials, not only for local dishes, but also for a simple and sublime pizza. The lady's pizza! try to believe! and for those who are forced into quarantine or are afraid to dare also offer, on request takeaway service, increased in this period in order to continue to delight loyal customers who despite not being able to come to find them.

- What a ****! pizza top! excellent, ultradigestible, pizza with fresh ingredients and excellent quality, pizza is very conscientious regarding me, it is dry in the top 3 staff. typical Salento cuisine and not, not to mention the beers, all very good one mile of the other, a great variety. excellent also wines and sommeliers that can recommend with prestigious elegance each pairing. very nice and very helpful, cozy atmosphere and park on the back. I'd like to say we're not leaving a supervisable review!
