Ladysmith Hotel - Rue Theodore

It's not a hotel any more. That was yesteryear. Currently it is a country restaurant and bar with a family section away from the bar. The menu is good, simple food such as club sandwiches, wings etc. Service is good and bilingual, The establishment is very popular in the winter with ATV and skidoo riders. In the summer, ATV's are still present but customer popularity increases. It's well worth a visit for a beer and a club!

Been a few times beer is always cold, wings always hot and service is great. Reasonable prices and Ernie the owner is s great host.

Super hot amazing wings. Cold beer, nice atmosphere, friendly service and Sports on tv. This place ticks all the box’s. Worth stopping at.

I just love this place. Friendly atmosphere and a fun spot to hang out and shoot the breeze about fishing, sports or anything else. For breaded wings, these are the best I've ever had (and I've done some extensive research! . Great burgers and fresh cut fries too. Wash down a great meal with a cold quart or draft in a frosty mug after a day on one of the gorgeous lakes in the area it doesn't get much better than that :

We moved to the area 3 years ago but had never tried this restaurant until today. Very disappointed after reviewing reviews here and on F.B. The inside is very dark, and rustic. Couldn't read the menu very well due to the lighting. Order a ceaser salad and garlic toast. The salad had a few bacon pieces and too much dressing. The garlic toast was a joke; 2 pieces of toast with garlic butter that wasn't melted... toast was cold. My husbands' BLT was good and the poutine gravy was good but no cheese curds only shredded cheese. His beer came with a small juice size glass, NOT A BEER GLASS; are you kidding me........ The prices we paid was high for what we received. I live here and I will not be bringing my family or friends here.. I am too embarrassed. Not a great way to spend your anniversary!
