Bistro Régent - Rubelles

Saturday evening, February 27, we had good memories of Rubelles's regent bistro and we decided to go back there for a nice welcome, but to our surprise room much less filled than usual and few staff? We settle down, the waitress forgets to ask us if we want drinks, one of us has no covers and it doesn't light the candles that warm the dishes as usual The steak tartare is good, but the heart of rumsteck is infamous, it dips in the Charmélia sauce while it could be in a cup next to it and the steak thin and grilled has a taste of metal, as if it had cooked on an unclean plate and is immangeable. Impeccable too good I enjoyed eating a duck magret I tasted salmon tartare and salmon was too good
